Inside Sales Representative (Native French)

At CurTec, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to strengthen our Commercial team and support our mission of delivering top-quality packaging solutions worldwide.

Functie

Your role as Inside Sales Representative:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the key connection between CurTec, our international Sales Managers, and our valued customers. You will be responsible for developing business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth sales processes.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • You will be coordinating and executing sales activities to drive business development and ensure progress is tracked in our CRM system.
  • You are managing responses to sales opportunities, including qualification, follow-up, and drafting proposals.
  • You support Sales Managers with timely and accurate customer data, including pricing and order management.
  • You maintain multilevel contact with customers to inform them about our developments and understand their needs.
  • You handle customer complaints professionally and proposing improvements to prevent recurring issues.
  • Ensuring contracts and agreements are accurately documented and communicated in a timely manner.

What we expect from you as Inside Sales Representative:

Other qualifications we are looking for:

  • HBO-level education, ideally in a commercial field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial inside sales, particularly in acquisition and relationship management.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in French (native) and English.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems.
  • A proactive mindset, with excellent attention to detail and initiative.

  • A salary between € 3363,- and €4267,- based on your knowledge and experience.
  • 25 vacation days and 12 additional leave days (ADV) annually based on a full-time employment contract;

  • A year-end bonus and a personal development budget tailored to support vitality goals as you progress through different career stages;
  • This role allows for partial remote work, for which you will receive a home office allowance.
